Our practice is intentionally out-of-network. That decision was deliberate. When insurance companies control the terms of your care, they dictate session length, visit frequency, and treatment approach — often prioritizing cost over outcomes. By operating cash-based, we answer only to you.

Every session at AMT is one-on-one with your provider for the full appointment. There are no aides, no rushed handoffs, and no 15-minute treatments dressed up as full sessions. You get exactly what you came for.

HSA & FSA Accepted

Physical therapy and medical massage qualify as eligible expenses under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You can use your pre-tax healthcare dollars to pay for your sessions at AMT.

No Referral Required

You don't need a physician's referral to begin treatment. Our therapists are highly trained in differential diagnosis and will refer you to the appropriate medical professional if your condition requires additional evaluation. We also work closely with local physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Superbills for Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with billing codes — that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients recover a significant portion of their costs this way.

Packages & Memberships

We offer package pricing on follow-up visits and massage sessions, allowing you to pre-purchase sessions at a discounted rate. Membership options are also available for patients who want ongoing, consistent care. Contact us or ask your provider at your first visit for current package and membership pricing.
