The Advanced Manual Therapies team standing together outside their Alpharetta clinic

The team behind the hands.

Fellowship-trained physical therapists, pelvic health specialists, and licensed massage therapists — all working together, all focused on you.

Specialists who collaborate.

Husband-and-wife team Dr. Grant and Lauren Smith founded Advanced Manual Therapies in 2018 with a clear purpose: to build a better model of care — one that listens closely, looks deeper, and delivers lasting results. The team they've built reflects that same standard.
